Answer the following questions about your Palm-compatible device, so we can provide the correct installation program for you. When you are done installing the Provider Directory, it will not be available for use until the next time that you HotSync your Palm. If you are updating your existing directory, proceed as if installing for the first time.

There are three options for images:

• Color - takes up the most memory & may negatively impact the speed of the program, depending on your model

• Black & white - takes up approximately half the memory of color images

• No images - takes up the least memory and will result in the fastest run time

You may limit your installation to one hospital department:

• If you want information on providers in all departments then do not choose a department from the list below. The installation will default to providing all departments automatically.

• If you want information on providers in only one department then choose that department from the list below before you click the "Install Palm OS Provider Directory" button.
